This website is operated by Offline Wears, trading as "Offline" ("we", "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We use one-time email codes instead of passwords. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in to your Offline account, so keep it secure.

Prices are listed in INR. Product images are for illustration — actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen. We may limit quantities and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is placed; if that happens, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything affected.

Orders are confirmed once payment is verified through our payment partner, Razorpay. We never store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.

We may cancel an order at our discretion in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability, with a full refund. You can cancel your own order any time before it ships, from Account → Orders.

All designs, graphics, logos, and text on this Site belong to Offline and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

You agree not to resell products purchased from Offline without authorization, scrape or reverse-engineer the Site, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.

To the extent permitted by law, Offline is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or its products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [City, State].
