Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India only. We don't offer international shipping at this time.

Most orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Occasionally — during a high-demand drop, or if we need to verify your address — it can take up to 4 business days, but we'll let you know if that happens.

Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days and is free on orders over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Track any order from Account → Orders if you're signed in, or from our Track Order page using your order ID and the phone number used at checkout.

Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us and we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, remote pincodes, or other circumstances outside our control.

If a package arrives visibly damaged or is missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can sort it out quickly.
