Returns & Exchange

You can cancel an order yourself, free of charge, any time before it ships — just go to Account → Orders and cancel it there. No need to contact anyone. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled; you're welcome to return it instead once it arrives.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be the one that was actually delivered to you, unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags still attached. Items returned without tags, in worn or used condition, or that don't match what was delivered can't be accepted — we'll ship these back to you instead of processing a refund or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, innerwear/boxers and socks can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery, for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability at the time of your request.

Pack the item securely with all original tags and packaging, along with your order confirmation. If you no longer have the original packaging, any sturdy box or mailer works — just make sure it's sealed properly before handing it to the courier.

Photograph the issue and report it within 48 hours of delivery through Account → Orders. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

For preference-based returns (wrong size, changed your mind), we'll arrange a reverse pickup. Any pickup fee is shown clearly before you confirm the return.

Once your return passes a quick quality check, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Go to Account → Orders, open the order, and start a return or exchange from there — the whole process is self-serve, no email required.
